"This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good."

"I don't normally leave reviews but we were so happy with our stay here I had to! We were staying in a junior suite and were so impressed by the amount of space, the huge balcony, the decor, the beautiful swimming pool, the breakfast every morning, the lovely staff throughout and the location was so handy for everything we wanted to go visit! This hotel gets a 5/5 for everything from myself and my family :) "

"This was a last minute reservation in Firenze and we lucked out. The location is excellent, within a 3 minute walk of the Ponto Vecchio bridge (in the more interesting side). The room felt as if we were staying in a literal palace, with beautiful original art and delightful staff. Only one minor deficiency was the quality of the WiFi, but I suspect this is a regional issue. Would definitely come back here. "
