"The room decor was beautiful. We enjoyed just relaxing in the room. The room had a kitchen as well. The taxi stand was located across the street, which made catching a taxi into Florence very easy. We found several site seeing locations within walking distance of the hotel as well. The breakfast is across the street at a wonderful cafe. Delicious! Highly recommend."

"We had a great stay here. The hotel was clean, safe, and well-kept, with friendly staff and a very comfortable, firm bed that looked brand new. "This ideally located rental is a great, clean apartment. The two bedrooms were roomy and we never felt cramped. That is saying a lot with four girls traveling together, one a teenager. It was ideal. "Very nice apartment with no elevator as expected but it is only on the 2nd floor so not bad. Very close to main piazzas and attractions. Travelled with my wife and 3 teenage kids. "We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"

However, my wife and I did think that Simonetta and Franco in the bar were exceptionally attentive and we do commend the the service they gave us each evening. They are a real asset to the hotel. "
