"This is a lovely B&B right on the Piazza della Signoria. You cannot get more convenient! It is clean and well-kept, with much history. The staff is so kind and helpful. There is no lift, though they bring your luggage up and down, so you only need to navigate the stairs yourself. There is a made to order breakfast each day in the dining room (community style). "Pros: The hotel is in a great location. It is very beautiful and quaint. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. Very small selection, but everything was tasty. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is small, no counter space and the lighting is terrible. Cons: the staff is only in the hotel until 8:30 PM. "I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures.
