"I think it’s a great quaint motel right before you hit the busy zones of Tahoe and right outside Tahoe Valley campground. The property is family owned and very well maintained. The room is clean and nice and has all the basics you need. I really loved the lighted bathroom mirrors. Parking was plenty plus easy to park a truck. "It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"Our room was very clean. The furniture and linens excellent. The hotel location is a short walk to Lake Tahoe beach. The staff was very helpful. The parking is ample, but very tight small spaces. The room maintenance needs to be improved. Only one out of the 3 lamps in the room worked. There was no Kleenex in the bathroom. I would stay there again."
