"We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Upon arrival, we noticed the front door looked like it was broken into at some point. The carpet was coming off the floor. The bathroom has cracked tiles and poor paint cover up jobs. The shower drain did not work. The bed had spiders and blood stains. There were holes in the walls. The towels were crusty, like it hasn’t been washed. The staff were nice and the location was good, but those are literally the only positive things. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re passing through or...

"This was a quiet place to stay in a very busy area. The room was spacious. The bathroom was a bit tiny but got the job done. Parking was very easy. It did say that fans were available and in the rooms. So no ac. There were 3 fans and the windows.were open. Thankfully it was a cooler night and not hot and humid. We only needed 1 and did see space heaters for when it has cooler weather. Besides being a little outdated this was a fine place to sleep, freshen up and recharge."

"The room was very small for 2 beds. Not enough space to walk around and keep our luggage too. The beds were awful, they were super soft and we sunk in them. We couldn’t sleep well and we had bad backs in mornings. The shower knob was loose, the hot water took lot longer. Shower curtain was torn. It was lot expensive compared to the rooms we got. They were charged like 3 star hotels but the rooms were not even 1 star. Expedia your quality check failed. You should not list this hotel, or...

"With all the money you guys want to charge for staying the night you would want to have clean respectable rooms and customer service. We work on the roads around you and work night shift"
