"Second time staying at this location while visiting my son who lives nearby. Always a good deal, and clean rooms. Rooms are quite small but we only sleep there so it doesn't matter. Free breakfast is good and filling. Will stay here again. "

"Parking did not feel safe. I understand because of the location of the hotel though. Breakfast is good. Staff never smiles, and do not reply to greeting. They all look like they do not want to be at work. Rooms are not the cleanest. Curtains and couch full of stains. Bathroom always look nice though. I will not come back."

"The only plus to my stay was that I was able to find somewhere better close by. This shouldn't have advertised as a hotel. NONE of the amenities existed and I waited for over an hour to check in having gotten there at 10pm. No response from the bell and the phone didn't ring when I called. I was about to leave when someone showed up. They refused to provide a refund for the nights I wasn't there and was unresponsive when Expedia reached out."

"When we arrived at 6:30 PM we were told that our room had not yet been cleaned and told to wait for a while. We told the front desk staff we would go eat and come back. When we returned at 8:30 PM we were told again that our room was not ready. There were at least 6 others waiting for their rooms. We left and found another hotel. "

"The place was clean and I would love to make another accommodation there again when I am in NYC again."

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Reminder signs were in the common areas and room to let you know to call or ask for assistance of any kind at no extra cost which was helpful for me to organize my ride to the airport when I was leaving early in the morning."

"Sheets were not super comfortable. Very thick so it made sleeping really hot!"

"This is not a hotel it should be a called a hot sheet motel. It was dirty, items were broken and things were missing from the room. The girl next door was playing loud music, having loud s** and smoking w**d. People rent rooms by the hour. Honestly, this place needs to be shut down ASAP! It was a total nightmare!!! Please remove this establishment from any listings."

"Place is ok ,, the personal is not even ok ,, there is no garage if you driving .. well It is one but only limited and there is the issue.. but I will not come back .. "

"Room wasn't in best condition. A lot of marks etc on the walls. Air/Heating unit was very dirty. For a cheap stay the room was good, but better to spend a bit extra. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful."

"No lobby; pretty clean; staff is quick and helpful. no guarantee on parking - self parking in front of the hotel, 5-6 cars only, limited space. AC is good. "

"The place is nice and cozy newly renovated great for staying in or even if you are going to be out all day. Breakfast provided in go bags choice could be switched up every couple days, tv remote not easy to navigate like to Netflix etc. Would have liked a microwave in room especially for those having longer stays. But overall place was nice centralized staff friendly. Would stay again."
