Rooms are small for 2 people but they are clean. Breakfast was a decent continental. But there's no sit-down lobby. It is located around lots of fast food, delivery, stores, and many other restaurants, stores, and shopping. It's walking distance from a large botanical garden, zoo, and park where many people walk and bike.

This hotel was conveniently located near my family in south Brooklyn. It was clean in the room but the hallway smelled like weed in spite of a strict no smoking in the rooms policy. The beds were comfortable but there did seem to be some small stains on the bedding.

Front Desk Staff was a great help!! Super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Great customer service. The only downside is no microwave in room, but other than that it was a comfortable stay and close to many stores.

Front desk staff were great. Paula from Housekeeping staff was excellent. The towels/wash cloths/hand towels were gross. 9 out of 10 were stained. Management, please throw them out and purchase new ones. That is the reason for the 2 star rating. The cleanliness of the room by itself is a 5. Laundry department is a 0 regarding the towels/wash cloths/hand towels and the people that folds them deserves a 0 because how can one not see how filthy they are. I hope that this will encore the managers to speak with their team and improve upon what was said.

The room was a clean place to sleep in a convenient location. For those sensitive to noise, there is a good bit of road noise and the doors have a gap under them so you can hear everything in the hallway. They will not hold bags for you before you check in.
