Hotel Dekat Regal UA Sheepshead Bay

"Breakfast, clean room and helpful staff all great for me to stay again."

"Great stay"

"Room was clean and had enough space. Bed linens were comfy. Staff was super helpful holding our luggage after check-out & before our flight, and making sure we understood public transport directions to the airport."

"Overall great choice"

"Ok"

"The front desk staff was so polite, welcoming, and friendly! The restaurant staff was amazing as well. Everyone made the experience enjoyable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful place to unwind, and I truly enjoyed my stay!"

"Clean room & beautiful bathroom. Dinner menu was very limited& expensive! Convenient shuttle to JFK Airport."

"Liked the bar"

"The rooms are terribly small, it’s a discount hotel first and last time. Wanted to check out soon as I checked in but I had paid for my room in advance and didn’t want to lose hundreds of dollars. Didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. But never again."

"Wow! What a dump. Poorly stocked, poorly maintained. We were supposed to get breakfast included but, somehow, they didn't get the message. Staff was friendly, but wasn't about to go out of their way for anything."

"We arrived, the desk guy was extremely confused and not talking right, like he was baked or something. The fire alarm went off SIX times and that was just the first two hours of the stay. You could hear everything from above and below. The "club" downstairs went until 2am the first night and the second night I had to take sleep aids just to be woken up by more drunk loud people. The room looked like nobody even tried to make it ready. The tv, the AC and even the lights didn't work properly....

"We picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. I made the mistake of thinking breakfast was included, which is on me. It was about $25 each with a good selection in the buffet. Staff were friendly with no concerns. We ate from the restaurant upon our arrival, on a Friday at about 8pm. We both agree the sandwiches were only okay(6/10). The bar and kitchen seemed overwhelmed, but the wait staff let us know immediately and to expect a wait. The hotel is showing some wear, but proximity...

"The property was not well updated and their organizational system seems a tad antiquated and disorganized. However the staff was really pleasant and right on it with any request fixing anything that wasn't up to par."
