Bed and pillows were top notch and comfy! Room was quiet and perfectly equipped. Breakfast was disappointing. Brooklyn has way better food than this! Coffee was awful. Still it was a great stay and a good value even if I had to buy my own breakfast nearby.

Hotel room was comfortable but small. Nice bathroom and had a view. Bed linens looked nice but were very scratchy/bumpy-especially on pillows. Parking our car was confusing and took suite some time for someone to come Take care of it. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was a great experience. The room was clean and offered a fantastic view of the Statue of Liberty and the city. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative, and they even offered us early check-in. There was also the option to store our luggage free of charge on our last day, which was very convenient. It’s excellent value for money, and I would definitely consider coming back if I visit New York again. The area felt safe, and with the NYPD station right next door, we never felt uneasy walking back to the hotel at night. There is a subway station just a 5-minute walk away that takes you to the city centre in about 30 minutes. Another station, around 8–10 minutes away, serves a different line. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
