"This hotel is a SCAM! When I reserved this hotel through Hotels.com, I pre-paid the hotel fee. But, the employees at the desk asked me to pay ONCE AGAIN, telling me that the fee paid over Hotels.com would be refunded. That didn’t happen. Eventually I paid TWICE. And the hotel refused to refund. So, I was double-charged. I think this is a classic way to lure foreigners to pay more. The hotel even doesn’t answer the phone. If you don’t want to be scammed, please do not use this hotel."

"When I came to check in, the front staff was very friendly and helped me accordingly. The only problem was that check in is at 2pm, I came in at 2pm, did the whole check in process which took about 10-15 minutes and then I was told I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my room because the room wasn’t clean yet. I didn’t have much of a problem since I was able to wait in the lobby. But check in is promoted online at 2pm. I booked this hotel/room mainly for the washer/dryer in the room, but beware as it’s not an all in one with the dryer, we had to go to another floor to dry (if we were lucky), we’d either have to wait a while or hang our clothes in the room to air dry. The room is also operated by your hotel key card, it’s summer so after you come back from your day adventure, the room is all hot and not comfortable. The room we stayed in, the shower hose wouldn’t stay on good and slump down, so we would have to be close to the wall to get some water on our bodies. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff! They’re very friendly and helpful."
