"The apartment itself was lovely, ideal for our one-night stay. Parking and check-in was easy. Our only issue was when enquiring about parking (particularly disabled parking) before arriving, the emails I received back were very unhelpful and each time I asked more than one question in an email, I wouldn’t get an answer to each one which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was great and breakfast was lovely."

"Absolutely incredible stay! My husband and I wanted a quiet peaceful experience and we received just that. Staff was great, room service was always fast and delicious, room was large and we felt very safe inside the park. We like to go for walks frequently, and this is a perfect safe place to enjoy. "Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark. "When arrived instantly got asked for £10 for parking when even though there isn’t a car park just parking on path outside front of hotel. Was clearly a care home previous and still smell like a care home. And top it off in the morning my Van was blocked in making me late for work! "
