"Our host, Jobert, was outstanding. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but they were related to our own needs rather than the room itself. When we arrived before check-in, we needed a place to store our luggage, and Jobert handled it seamlessly. He was just as helpful at checkout, making everything easy and stress-free. At one point I needed an iron, and later we experienced a small issue with the TV. In both cases, Jobert responded quickly and was immediately there to assist. His attentiveness and willingness to help really stood out, and we truly appreciated it. The room was clean, and the bed was spacious and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The location was another highlight. It’s very close to Venice Grand Canal Mall, making it easy to visit. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of Manila American Cemetery and Bonifacio High Street. While walking wasn’t necessary, everything was close enough that we enjoyed exploring the area on foot."
