"Check in is infuriating. You cannot talk to a real person, you have to use the kiosk. Only when that doesn't go well, then you can talk to a real person who should have helped you in the first place. Room wasn't ready on time, then when it was 'ready' it wasn't actually clean. "

"We stayed here because it was close-ish to the Sphere which was our main event. Plus we brought our teenage son and it was great for kids with the waterslides (huge win!) and the Adventuredome. He had a lot of fun. Overall the hotel room could have had a couple of additional amenities. Hand towels would be a nice...there were only facecloths and bath towels. The little things you come to expect at a standard hotel were missing like a soap tray in the bathroom, no lotions or conditioner. Overall, we had fun and the cost was good for what we were there for."
