"Excellent room, checkin and out should be quicker. But very worried I have been charged 313,26 usd at arrival (113,26 usd cost + 200 usd deposit). After checkout I have been charged again the 113,26 usd!!! And the 313,26 usd charge at arrival is still not returned, and checkout was Thursday and we are already Saturday, very worrying as this is not normal procedure for a top hotel. Looking forward for a quick solution"

"This was the worst hotel ever! The rooms are disgusting they have smoke rooms and one of the beds was higher than the other it really gave motel And for me to pay 700$ for 3 nights was horrible I checked out the hotel immediately because it was so disgusting I couldn’t stay, they didn’t give me a refund on my room! No type of accommodation nothing! Then stole 2200 out of my partner bag when we left the hotel he left his bag we came back to the room and 2200 was stolen out of the bag no one called back and said anything out the investigation this was horrible do not spend your money there "

"Check in was a bit of a hassle there was three attendance working only one was helpful the other two were very rude. Check out was not as easy as it should have been because the systems were down and the staff that was working the lady was very very short. Reserved two rooms one queen in the family Tower which was a decent room very happy with it updated clean, the other room should have been a king but wound up with a queen double over in the Manor section so the two rooms had separated our family quite a ways away so it was very inconvenient. Overall the stay was not horrible it is very family friendly and and would have gotten a four-star had it not been for the above."

"Room 1903 was not great. There was a gap along the door frame that let in a great deal of light and sound from the hallway. The thermostat didn't read correctly, so it was difficult to gauge exactly what to set it on to feel comfortable. We also didn't appreciate being hit up as soon as we arrived to invest in Hilton Vacations Club under the pretense of being provided a free gift. Rather tacky."
