"It was a great place to stay however the shower stayed warm didn't get hot. It took forever for the fam to turn off. Also the free breakfast could have tasted better."

"My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern."

"We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain...

"The reservation desk is in the Casino building, the motor lodge is a separate building west of the fuel station. The room was nice as expected, the only complaint I have is the plumbing sound when water is running in an adjacent room is too loud. It woke us up early in morning. Initially, I thought there was a water leak, but I determined it was just a fixture flowing water in the adjacent suite. Other than that, No complaints."

"The room was big and we liked that. We could choose to park at ground level or an underground garage. The fan in the bathroom was loud. Even though it said no smoking the room we smelled really badly of cigarettes. It must have been a room that was previously for smokers. It really bothered my daughter and I. I wished we had asked for a different room. The hair blower didn't work. The women at the front desk was very nice. It was nice to have a continental breakfast."

"The staff was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. Ice machine worked and breakfast was good too. These were the good things. But the carpet needs to be replaced in the hallway."

"Check in was good I asked if possible for down stairs floor and to back cause of having two dogs. So wanted access to doggy potty area and got a corner room . Wasn't sure how dogs would do with neighbors above and on the sides. They actually did great. Rooms were clean and beds much better the second time around. Love having the hard wood floor made much easier to borrow the broom and sweep up dog hair before we left. Just curious what happened to coffee pots in rooms."

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was so convenient for where we wanted to go. We loved the room and how it was decorated. The only drawback was there was hardly any space to put our belongs. It did feel a little crowded. The manager Norma was wonderful! She was so friendly and kind. "We have stayed at the Carson City Resort before and enjoyed our stay, however this time we thought we were to stay in the main part of the hotel but it was under renovation and were put in a below average facility behind the main property. We were never told that the main building was under renovation and the pictures for the facility were of the main facility. If we had known that the property was under renovation we would have stayed somewhere else."

"This property was in an excellent location, very close to the lake, walking distance. The resort provides beach equipment such as coolers, umbrellas, towels, etc. The pool is heated, there are fun activities on site and the setting in the forest is stunning. The Hyatt is within walking distance with restaurants and a casino. The rooms are cozy and very clean with a fully stocked kitchen, large refer and ice maker. The staff are friendly and helpful and the text communications are informational....
