"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. "Staffs were very kind and helpful. She tried her best to assist me with refund of my Penang train tickets. In the end we had to go to Penang as they don’t offer refund. ( I think she was the Manager or she should be as she was very customers focused) Cleaners were polite and did a good job every morning. Porters were readily available to assist you with luggages. It has been a long time when we have been in a hotel that staffs were all excellent. We will return to this hotel in the future. Location was good."
