"Great view from my room, quiet room was able to conduct work Zoom meetings. Room service was excellent- fast, delicious. Food in general was cooked to perfection. Roof top is a lovely place to eat a delicious meal. All the staff were extremely professional and made sure my stay was very pleasant. Specially drinks a huge plus. 2 minute walk to Belasco where I went to an event. "

"Just in one word: Excellent! The place has some history, it was in the past the Bank of Italy, it is so beautifully decorated, maintaining its charm from the past. Very clean rooms, very attentive personnel and good restaurants available. Wonderful view from pool and bar at the rooftop. Centrally located in DTLA, but still safe to walk around the are. "冷蔵庫の奥に前の泊まっていた客の空いたペットボトルが入っていたのと水圧が弱かったのが少々評価が落ちますがその他の点はおおむね良好。部屋が空いていたので4時間も早く無料でアーリーチェックインイン出来ました。頑張れば歩いてドジャーススタジアムに行けます（25分位）がアップダウンあるので多少気合いが必要です。リトルトーキョーへも歩いて20分位で行けます。英語がほとんどしゃべれない私ですがドジャースのTシャツを着たカウンターのお姉さんは親切で丁寧でした。夜11時以降は街灯も少ないので出歩かない方がいいと思います。"

"Me and my family stayed at The Ritz in downtown LA for our son’s volleyball tournament. The beds are extremely comfortable. We loved how convenient it was to walk to the convention center. We felt safe in the location. We used the pool and it was at the perfect temp. We will definitely recommend staying here for comfort and indulgence. "

"Actually liked this place when we came in January 2025 so decided to stay again in June 2025. Best shower ever, promise! The water pressure is amazing! Although the property is older and the area isn’t great (but that’s downtown for you), the rooms are clean and we love the retro vibe. Great pastry shop (Paris Baguette) and burger place (Shake Shake) in the same building, and there is 1 to 2 taco trucks that park downstairs across the street every night and open till late, those tacos were bomb!...
