We came to Chicago to go to Beyond Wonderland, and then we’re out till 2 or 3am experiencing Chicago night life. The hotel staff woke us up every morning at 7:30 or before by coming into the room that had a “do not enter” sign on the outside of the door. The morning we were leaving, we were walked in on three times before checkout...

"The hotel is beautiful with so many bars and restaurants nearby. About 4 -5 blocks from Millenium Park. The seating areas are so peaceful and the design is amazing. They let me store my bike box the day before my stay which was so convenient. Staff are friendly and professional."

"VERY small and old rooms. Towels smelled awful. Dingy carpets. Zero functioning amenities. Staff was very unhelpful. Called the front desk at 11 pm to ask for help with the streaming service and was told, "It's late. Call back in the morning." The only redeeming quality was the location. I wouldn't have such a negative impression of the hotel if it was rated two stars but it was rated as "exceptional" and that is 100% inaccurate. Holiday Inn Express vibes at best."

"Great location and nice room. A little surprised there was no service to the room over a 3 night stay. For example the trash was not picked up. Had to request fresh towels. Overall do recommend due to really good location and some nice restaurants nearby. Staff really helpful and friendly."
