"Our stay here was fantastic! We needed up having a tornado warning and the staff were amazing at keeping everyone calm and happy! The hotel itself was beautiful and in a perfect location! Thank you so much for having us!"

"Overall the hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. The only issue I had was how outdated the rooms were, and the layout of the room itself. The TV being off to the side not facing the beds threw me off. The room was somewhat clean, but we did have to change rooms once because the first room did have a strange scent when we first arrived."

"PERFECT!!!!! Had such a smooth stay! I had a 5 hour delayed flight and was stuck in Nashville. My bestfriend had already made it to Chicago and was at the hotel. I called the hotel and let them know the situation and they allowed her to check in and get comfortable in our room (which was very beautiful). Breakfast was 10/10, roof top was 10/10, service was 10000/10. Loved everything about the hotel especially since we was walking distance from Michigan Ave. We had such a good time in Chicago and this hotel will forever have a customer anytime I visit. Will be back!"

"The location is great and very convenient to attractions and public transportation. The staff were all very friendly, extremely helpful and responsive to our requests. The room was well kept, quiet and clean but could use some updating and maintenance. The bathroom overhead light was missing its cover so it looked like there was a hole in the ceiling. I’m sure if I had mentioned it to the staff they would have addressed it but we were there for just a short time so I didn’t want to make a fuss that might inconvenience our plans."
