From the moment our cab pulled up the staff were very attentive and helpful, including a very informative concierge and porter who were willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel is right next to the subway and many dining and shopping options. The gym and pool were also fantastic with many other third party services such as acupuncture and spas on site. There is an easy airport bus service that’s picks up at the hotel going to both Tokyo area airports. ...

"This place is awesome!!! Walking distance to the metro and accessible to other parts of town. Walkable to the Ginza area that is full of shopping, dining etc. The staff really treat you as their house guests and are extremely helpful. Can’t say anything more about how hospitable they are. We fell in love with the custom Iconic pajamas that they provide in the rooms and it’s a shame they don’t sell them.
