"Exceeded Expectations. Expensive but worth it. Just be careful for the auto curtains, especially if your window opens out to the cafe!"

"The room was very modern but they have chosen form over function in the bathroom. The sink is just a slab without a bowl. This causes water to splash on clothing especially during shaving or cleaning teeth. The partitions doors were broken. The lift would not go up to the pool area unless you 1st went down to the ground floor and the ability to cast from your device to the tv did not work due to slow wifi but the in-house netflix did work after a period of buffering."

"Newish hotel, great decor with on site restaurants and bar. It’s close enough to the shopping district but far enough away to miss out on the noise and hustle. Decent gym and indoor swimming pool on the top floor. Cleanliness was hit and miss, with hair on the bathroom bench when we arrived and our room service tray left outside our door, uncollected for over 24 hrs. Staff were friendly and accomodating. "

"Location is ideal if you are attending any sporting events as it is on the border of AAMI park with easy access to Rod Laver arena and beyond. Richmond and all the bars and restaurants is just a corner away. I was very happy with the location. There is some road noise at night but nothing that limits your sleeping."

"A pretty decent place especially for longer vacations. The hotel’s location is excellent with just a short walk to the train and tram stations and the centre of the cbd is just one stop away. The hotel’s facilities are a bit tired but it’s kept running smoothly. The housekeeping is good, consistent and thorough even though there’s no housekeeping over the weekends and public holidays.
