"Our family had an amazing time spending our last couple of days of school holidays at The Novotel. The staff at Novotel went above and beyond to help our family and were always so friendly. The location was perfect to get anywhere. Highly recommend if you have a young family."

"From the first moment, service was friendly and efficient. Check-in was seamless. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The sink was separate to the bathroom, with no door to the sink area. Breakfast was great. Evening meals were very good, although there was a hiccup with our dessert (mudcake) coming 3/4 frozen after a long period of time. The bar staff were tardy in coming to customers waiting to be seated. All in all a great place and we would come again."

"Very nicely furnished modern hotel. The gym, pool and sauna were great. Rooms were nicely appointed. Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!"
