"Hip boutique hotel in a fantastic location. There’s no shortage of bars, cafés, and eateries along Brunswick Street. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveller, and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that there’s no gym in the building. I really enjoyed my stay and would be more than happy to return."

"Efficient clean small hotel room with mini kitchen and laundry with comfortable bed. I looked forward to the balcony but my first floor balcony had 6' walls around it, in an alley without any sunlight , and had a neighbouring bright security light and camera on it so felt more like a prison yard.. I was disappointed that the pictures online showed a bar/food type area for socializing and there was none where I stayed. No resto/bar on site but some provisions (chips, pop, bottles) were on sale...

"Staff were very courteous and helpful. Valet parking made arrival super easy. The welcome drink was a nice touch, however, even though check in was at 3.00pm, we had to wait until after 4.00 until the room was ready. Breakfast was quite good, with ample choice, but not exceptional. Pool was nice, but a problem with the heating made it a little cool. "My daughter and I enjoyed a memorable stay here at the Hyatt. All staff, from Bellhop to Reception, were professional and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
