Far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle, whilst still having easy travel to all locations and having everything you need nearby (e.g. shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, river views, etc). The pool is heated even though it is outdoors making it a potential year-round pleasure. Kids had an amazing time. Perfect family friendly hotel and location. Definitely plan on making this our destination for future Melbourne travels."

"We had a studio apartment room. Very small. The bed was very average, low and hard and a bit shabby. Not what we were expecting, as the reviews were quite good. Good location right next to Marvel stadium but not really worth the price."

"Very disappointing. Parking very scarce near reception and while searching, many one way alleys had us spending too much time just getting to check in. Then the guy on the counter also seemed to be reservations so we had to wait while he completed a demanding transaction on the phone. Finally got to drive into the car park, way after the 2 minutes allowed on the street-park. The car park door eventually opened after swiping the card many times. At room level, the place looked like a student...

"Very clean and nice hotel, with very helpful staff. Only had two hiccups on my stay: 1) I had no towels in my bathroom, but a quick phone call sorted that. Although the towels still took nearly 40 mins to arrive. And 2) very loud night works outside on the road meant had a sleepless night. Not the hotels fault, though perhaps better sound proofing of the windows would be nice. The Miss Mi restaurant was nice with lovely staff. A touch on the pricey side for what you get, but the food was...

"The staff were absolutely brilliant. My wife checked late on Friday night, after attending a funeral, and having an incredibly stressful day. The stuff could not have been more accommodating, more empathetic, or more helpful. They were amazing!"
