"Hotel Indigo has extremely friendly staff (professional and welcoming). Central location, very close to Bourke street. Silent, no street noise at all or even sounds from other guests. Also, impressively thick curtains. After a late arrival, I slept well after sunrise! Comfy bed. The reception is surprisingly on the second floor. Multiple speedy elevators made access very easy. "Always enjoy my stay here. The beds are super comfy and the pillow selection is great. The rooms are very quiet although if you are backed onto the lane way their can be some early unloading for goods for the restaurants near by. But I am assuming this isn't often. The staff are very friendly too. It's conveniently located just at the top end of China town so only a short stroll into the CBD and who can say no to a free beverage at 5pm! Also great restaurants close by. Has become a regular stay...

"A wonderful boutiquey type hotel right in the centre of all the Laneway action. It’s in a great location, near lots of cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as all the touristy things like theatres and markets. The staff are wonderful, the rooms also (we had a Capitol room which was spacious) and their cafe also great. Definitely recommend and will stay again for sure."

"My daughter and her carer went to Melbourne to see the ballet. They again stayed at Citadines which refers to, “a posh hotel”. The staff have always made her feel important and the rooms, well she loves them, she gets her own bedroom. Citadines on Bourke is in a great location to shows, theatre, restaurants and transport. Reasonably priced and superb facilities."
