Great location, friendly service, comfortable room, firm beds (which we like), well-equipped kitchen (but no plastic cover in the microwave to stop food from splashing about and no dishwasher, which was fine with us), secure Wifi, loaner umbrellas, and a very lovely pool. "Overall, the service is fast and staffs are friendly. However, the locks of the room are old and a lot of visitors are banging their doors just to lock it. It can get rather disruptive to your sleep at times as you will hear your neighbours banging the doors. This happen especially on the rooms on level 1. I think it’s time to change the locks of the doors! "

"I chose this hotel for their location. That Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur City Centre delivered on. In general the hotel is in a desperate need of a rehab. From cracked blackout blinds to the dripping bidet shower head to the creaking elevators, it's obvious how tired it was. The breakfast buffet was OK from the choice perspective. But cold congee and soup for the noodles left me cold. "
