"The staff were very pleasant. The food was ok. But there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage and burning plastic in and around our cabin. Our cabin was located at the back od the resort amongst accomodation for staff. At the back and to the side of our cabin were areas being cleared and burnt. These areas were unsightly, littered with rubbish and used to burn rubbish. The smell of burning plastic was inside our cabin. Most frustratingly the"

We had an amazing experience here at the 5 Heeren Hotel.
The location is superb, right next to Jonker Street, and the hotel itself is exquisite both inside and outside. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.
Breakdast was also excellent, with a variety of Nyonya dishes and desserts. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an unique experience in Melaka.
