"The property is recently rebranded & refurbished. As such, the facilities are still relatively new. The room is spacious and comfortable, and comfortably fits a small family. There is a kitchen, a dining area and a living room, but no cooking utensils are provided. Location wise, it is situated in an older part of Johor Bahru, so transport is needed to access to retail stores and malls.
The breakfast spread is small but sufficient. I suspect it is sourced from an external kitchen.

"Overall it is a converted apartment to Hotel. The room is spacious for the basement unit but the sound proofing is a little poor and you can hear loud noises from the other rooms. With the space in my room, would be nice to have a small sofas on the empty space. Looks much better then. Overall it is clean and the location is great. "
