"It’s nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s only about a 20 minute drive from Oban. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good - food was delicious - recommend you make a reservation for dinner. They do have a restaurant but we much preferred the atmosphere in the pub. "

"Yes, the hotel is a little dated but it is clean and comfortable. The room we were in needs some refreshing but that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth staying. Meals in the restaurant/pub were very delicious. It is about half hour from Inverness but that means the area is very quiet. The hotel overlooks the bay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"This hotel was a favorite on our recent travels throughout the UK. The view of the Loch is amazing. Our room was perfect The restaurant had delicious food and wonderful atmosphere and all of the staff made our stay one of the best. I highly recommend the Oak Tree Inn"

"One night stay. Excellent breakfast. Room is small relative to pics. NO ELEVATOR if carrying heavy luggage. Is a bit outside town so car a must. Can’t walk to restaurants(5 minutes drive). "

"We had a great stay here recently. We stayed in Room 4 which is a tad unusual as it has no window in the main area. There is a window in the bathroom so you can have natural light provided the door is open. Not a problem for us tbh as the room was completely dark overnight. The room is quite basic with a small TV and a double bed (at home we have a king size, so it was smaller than we are used to). It was spotlessly clean. We had a good meal in the bar, a couple of drinks which was...
