"Service was excellent. When we arrived, we were greeted and shown around the property, assisted with the luggage and showed us to our room. For breakfast, we arrived a little early, but the waiter and kitchen staff accommodated us as we needed to head up the coast to the Monterey area. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast outside on the veranda. We would have loved to stay longer, but time did not allow."

"We stayed over spring break and expected a luxury experience given the price and brand, but the stay was inconsistent. The room had multiple maintenance issues: discolored tile near the toilet, worn mirror trim, a toilet handle that did not flush properly, and a lamp that did not work.
