"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very modern, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location was also great, close enough to easily access Florence's main attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. It's about a 10 minute walk to the busy central area of Florence. I would definitely stay here again."

Called then found keys in office as instructed to open room 4 door. Lights wouldnt work as no card. Told on phone to take hidden key to a cupboard in office and use the master card in my room for my lights which worked. THIS NEANT I COULD HAVE ACCESSED EVERYONE'S ROOM.
