"The resort is nice. My main complaint was majority of the staff. Specifically wait staff, bartenders and waitresses. Upon arriving, we were checked in by a nice young lady but other than her, most staff was rude and not accommodating. Some of the resort is a bit dated, our air conditioner leaked water and the sink drained very slow. The food is ok, best service was from the Italian restaurant, all other serves seemed to not want to be bothered."

"Great location but the staff was not pleasant to deal with- rude ! The toilet was not working properly, I got bit by black ants in my bed. Food was poor quality and drinks were horrible. Will not recommend!!!!"
