"Honestly wasn’t what I’m used to we weren’t greeted upon arrival with a welcome drink or someone to take our bags we had to approach staff for everything no one came to us at all. No room service limited restaurants. And all inclusive is not so all inclusive overall I love the island itself outside of the resort. Our room was huge we had the 1bedroom suite. "View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. It is loud when they are partying and the bass shakes the whole block. Be aware of that. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant it closes at 8,...

"I love the property and stay there often due to comfort and proximity. The ONLY thing is they REALLY REALLY REALLY need to get hot water in ALL the rooms. Some rooms have it some don't. My luck in the last few stays have been on the downside. Please get a plumber to fix that. Its no fun taking cold showers on vacation. "

"Beautiful and clean suite. The staff was friendly and accommodating. You can order taxis from front desk which was very convenient. The view was immaculate and the hotel is right off the beach. No complaints."

"i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much "

"A wonderful property in Simpson Bay. Our room in the Villas, a king suite, was on the 6th floor and had a fantastic view of the bay and all of the boat traffic coming and going. Parking was easy and included as were beach towels with daily exchanges. We loved being able to book a day sail trip on the Lambada that departed from the dock right at the resort. Quite convenient ! Four on property restaurants and many more in walking distance."
