"The property was exactly what the pictures showed. The view was ok was able to see the pool and the ocean from the room. Over all I would recommend. Please look into cleaning prices prior to arrival they charge you as soon as you arrive depending on your room and the room damage fees as well. "

"Amazing/unusual exclusive six room tiny boutique AND unique property. Small two car pull off leads to a rather off putting entrance with ‘reception’ the size of your downstairs loo ! Our large room had a kitchenette : enormous bed : air con : 100% private terrace with sun loungers : shower room : separate loo : private 12ft x 6ft Jacuzzi type pool ; and a glorious view. Huge breakfast delivered to the room on demand daily. Private motor boat (included) a 10 minute transfer to/from an island...

"Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- "

"We stayed in a three bedroom three bath walk out to the beach villa. It was perfect. Beach wasn’t crowded and we didn’t have to fight for a palapa. The water was clear and clean. No seaweed. My only small recommendation for the hotel would be for them to bring in some more sand for the beach. Great location an you can walk to many restaurants and some shops. There is a small convenience store on site which was great. Don’t hesitate just book it. "
