"Simpson Bay Resort is truly wonderful. The staff is warm and friendly. The view is spectacular and to top it off you can walk to many casinos and eateries. Now on the down side, I DO NOT recommend you eat dinner at Ka Patrona. Their breakfast is good but dinner is a bust! The food was tasteless and unappealing. How can you mess up spaghetti with garlic and oil? Other than that, I highly recommend Simpson Bay Resort."

"The food was good. Check in to the hotel took 1 hour in a half to get to the front desk. Overly crowded not enough workers and delayed rooms. It’s hard to find kind or nice representatives. The customers service reps at this resort are very rude and mean especially at the restaurants. It’s hard to get help for any kind of problems that you are experiencing. Our rooms kept leaking with water from the sink and the shower, we cleaned up water the entire time. Our room balcony door wouldn’t open and...

"Overall it was a wonderful place, but here are few things we did not like - beach service shut down at 5pm, so even the bathroom/shower to rinse off the sands were turned off after 5pm. Only 2 bath towels for us in the room, so I didn’t have a towel for my hair. There was no hair conditioner, you need to buy one there or BYO. Very strict beach towel rules, they will charge a fee if you lose your towel. Very strict Nespresso capsule allocation - you only get 2 per day, so I had to go buy more...

"Friendly staff, great location and hotel in general. Beach is not the best on the Island but the pools are great and entertainment is granted. However, better to rent a car and explore the other beaches. Housekeeping could be better, Breakfast is absolutely minimum. In general wonderful stay with minor downsides."

Upon our arrival, we found that our television was not working correctly and requested someone fix it so that we could watch television on the rare occasions that we were in the room. "What a gem to have found this place!! I’m at the age where I don’t want the crowds, just a peaceful stay, with great views and can maneuver easily to where I need. This one had it! The grounds are maintained really well. The way the rooms were designed, you don’t have to look into someone else’s space right next door to you.
