Reception staff Carla was very helpful and adorable but another lady we met the next day was not as friendly and definitely glad we got greeted by Carla and not that lady . Just know that the beach is full of seaweed and hard to even get into the water and the odor makes it hard to stay . We drove to the Dutch side for better beaches but still loved the hotel . "Arrived at night and the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but, upon getting checked in and hearing the sound of the water, everything was all good. Room was very nice. We had room #7 and you stepped out of the door and you were literally like 10 feet away from the beach - couldn't have been happier. Nice high ceiling with a ceiling fan. Staff wasn’t very nice but just brushed it off as they may have been pulling a long shift, but it seemed that’s was the overall experience with rude employees so I’m deducting 2 stars.
