"I had a really good experience, but what took my score from 5 to a 4 was that my bathroom sink, the floor wasn’t clean, and the shower also wasn’t cleaned well because I saw hairs on the wall. I was able to rinse them off easily, so I felt like it wasn’t cleaned either. I always bring items to clean my room for instances like this, but I’ve never experienced a cleanliness issue like this. How did I know the bathroom sink wasn’t clean? I saw sandlike debris like someone washed their swimsuit in the sink.
Other than that, everyone was kind and the grounds were maintained well. I ate at the restaurant everyday for breakfast and ate the Caribbean plate. The location was great for me. It was far enough from the main street that it was quiet at night. If you are located by the pool, you will hear everything during the day. That didn’t bother me since during the day I wasn’t in my room. When it was quiet at night and early mornings, I could hear the ocean crashing. It was a beautiful relaxing sound."
