"We were very happy with our stay. We had a beautiful view of the beach and the room was conveniently located near everything, including a mini market down the street. We took a few walks to nearby restaurants and it was safe to do so at night. Security was always around. I loved having a full kitchen and access to a gas grill by the pool area. We used both options to save money. Our room was a studio with a sofa bed. The only issue was that the sofa bed was not comfortable. I wish they provided Murphy beds instead. Besides that, everything else was perfect. I would reccomeded this hotel to couples and families. They offer different style rooms and provide many amenities, such as laundry and detergent. There's a lot of room to store clothes , including closets. There were two TVs which was great. The bathroom was set up nicely also, lots of towels and a large shower, and very clean. The staff text you during the day to check in on you. I appreciated that because it made it easier to request any items we needed and to receive information. I really liked having that option. They were always responsive. I want to give a special shout out to Kimberly. She checked us in and helped us out a few times throughout our stay. She was lovely, warm and welcoming. She went out of her way to provide great customer service and that is something I value greatly. When we visit the island again we would like to return to this hotel and stay longer."
