"The resort is beautiful. You will be greeted with the most welcoming front desk experience. However that is as good as it gets for service. The staff beyond the front desk seem as if they hate their jobs and you for being there. This especially goes for the wait staff in the restaurants in the resort and especially the buffet. If you do not stay in the adults only pool in ocean point….you will be at the pool with a very rowdy crowd who picks fights. They literally stopped serving shots because...
