Room was great but house keeping was inconsistent and I didn’t always have towels The resort itself was beautiful, beach was amazing, food was good. But service was terrible. 25%of the staff were nice, friendly and hospitable. The remained made us feel unwanted and as though we were a bother.

The staff is the best. Helpful to say the least. I had a problem with finding a chair for the pool. Unless you wake up at 745 and place a towel on a chair all the chairs are taken. This was a problem every day. I know it's like this at most resorts. Not sure how to fix it other then getting up early. They need to address that. Also as rooms were in high demand I chose the first Ocean View room I could get. Better check it especially if you are older as I am. The ocean view room for me was on top of a hill and spent twice a day climbing steps and ramps to get to my room.

Overall most of the staff was extremely friendly. We did however have an extremely rude waitress . She told the table beside us 20 minutes before her shift was over “ I am done if you want a drink go to the bar don’t ask me” we sat about 20 minutes and she did not come over my wife went and asked her if we could get a drink , she told my wife she is done go to the bar my wife said it would have been nice if you let us know she rolled her eyes and walked away…. This is the first time we have ever been treated like that at a resort and will unfortunately not go back there again. The food was not bad, no idea why an all inclusive does not have room service if you want drinks, water, soft drinks you have to go to one of the bars or restaurants and ask for it. Room service was not consistent at all our room was not cleaned I called and asked why and was told we did not request for our room to be cleaned even though we had the sign hanging on our door. Had a suite the view was Beautiful…

Rooms at Oceans were beautiful... on the 4th floor wet had stunning views of Little Bay, huge patio, and functional kitchen. The rooms were clean and ready to check in when we arrived. The staff was lovely and with the exception of getting a shower that only put out boiling water fixed after 5 days and 13 requests, the stay was without issue. In comparison to previous stays I would say the food across the resort was much better. I wish the check in process was faster... it was nearly an hour and we were 3rd in line when we arrived. I also think that even if you book like a hotel customer, which we did as my points were unusable, ownership should be recognized on check in.

Overall we had a fine stay, pool was lovely, enjoyed the beach front access, many food options and a little store. NOT the hotel for younger people, not a girls trip hotel. We came with a group in our 20s and entire resort was 60+ crowd, music at pool catered to old crowd. Service was not the best. Bell boys were kind but calling front desk was never a good experience. Our beds had no blankets just top sheets we had to call many times to get a blanket. Called for the bell boy golf cart to help us with our luggage at check out and no one ever came, one of the girls is pregnant and we had to lug our suitcases down to the lobby because they never sent someone. There was also no poolside service. We decided to do a day pass at the Morgan Resort and service was 100000x better, more comfortable pool chairs and poolside drink/food service. The Divi was adequate enough as a place to rest your head but if you’re looking for a relaxing, lux, young crowd and to feel like you’re actually in vacation Divi was not that

First time ever at Sint Maarten. Our 4-night stay was very enjoyable. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Mousekeeping and maintenance staff were very attentive. All facilities were kept clean and in good repair. Very relaxing campus. The food served at all the resort's restaurants was excellent. We especially enjoyed the pizza at "Slice" and the fish & shrimp tacos at "The Shack" were delicious as well. Lovely dinner served on hot lava rocks at "Seabreeze". Great taxi service to rest of island & to/from airport. We will definitely be returning to this resort. Highly recommended!

Location was great, room spacious and comfortable. Majority of staff were very pleasant but a few were less than enthusiastic about service. Food was very average and there were no fine dining experiences. Great if you want Burgers, pizza and mediocre entrees. All inclusive drink options were limited and it was tiresome having to sign for everything despite having the all inclusive bracelet. Entertainment was fairly minimal unless you wanted to play bingo.

The airport is about 15-20min drive and taxi costs 40$ When you arrive don’t expect to be checked in before check in time 😊 4pm. If you arrive before, they have a hospitality room that you can change in and then enjoy the resort . They take your luggage in a room that’s locked. They have people help you bring in the luggage to your room after. The food was amazing. There’s about 4 restaurants on the resort. The buffet had different dinners every night (Italian, Mediterranean, Asian night, Caribbean..etc). The other restaurants the menu was the same for dinner but different for lunch. Unfortunately I couldn’t find good coffee anywhere however the rooms had nespresso so I used that. There was nothing for the kids to do. They just enjoyed the beach and the pool but no other activities. It was very quiet and relaxing. There was live music every night @7pm that you can enjoy with your dinner. Would definitely return! We did all inclusive and it was worth it. Otherwise a dinner would cost between 100$-200$ for people of 4.. depending. Drinks on the beach were about 8$ if you didn’t do all inclusive. There’s shops and mini market on the resort site and prices were very reasonable.

Booked in the Oceans side of the property which is newer but they gave us a room in the older section. Phone didn’t work and wifi wouldn’t connect. No coffee or filters either. View was nice but the room was a little dated. Felt let down as I’d booked a pretty nice room for a special occasion. On the positive side the management did issue a credit to offset being booked into the wrong room.

Oceans at Divi Resorts – St. Maarten I stayed at Oceans at Divi Resorts – St. Maarten from January 16–19 to celebrate my friend's birthday, and unfortunately my experience was deeply disappointing and unsettling. During my stay, $500 USD was stolen from my wallet inside my hotel room. This was not money left in a public area—it was inside my room, a space that is supposed to be secure and accessible only to authorized staff and guests. This represents a serious breach of trust, safety, and security. Vacations—especially international trips—require hard work, planning, and financial sacrifice. No guest should ever have to worry about theft occurring inside their room at a resort that claims to prioritize guest comfort and safety. Beyond the financial loss, the violation and lack of security left me feeling unsafe and disappointed. This incident raises major concerns about staff access, internal controls, and accountability. A resort of this caliber should have systems in place to protect guests and their belongings at all times. I am sharing this review so future guests are aware and so management understands how unacceptable this experience was. I hope this issue is taken seriously and corrective action is implemented immediately. Guest safety should never be optional.

A lovely visit! The resort is very well kept and our room was nice and clean - no frills but beautiful view. The pools are fantastic and the beach is amazing. Staff is very nice and friendly. We absolutely loved Caron at the breakfast buffet. The hospitality overall was good.
