"Not too bad for the area"

"The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpul. This is a basic room. Zero frills, but for the price it is a good place to stay. Unfortunately, I did see long hairs stuck to the shower walls and some light blood splatter near the bathroom door jam. Kinda gross. But, I stayed just one night and the hotel did its job. It is a gated area so I felt pretty safe."

"Great hotel right on the river. We enjoyed the restaurant on the property as well. All the staff were helpful and rooms very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again."

"clean room, no ice, coke machine sells for 3.50 but takes 4.50 from your card. office says coke machine (two of them) are at your own risk. thee hotel has nothing to do with them and there is no phone number for a refund. they then said we don't make money from it so we don't give refunds for it and why would we have a phone number we don't make any money from those machines."

"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"Great location for someone wanting to be close to Lake Natoma to paddleboard. It’s about 15-20 mins from the mall and the outdoor shops. It’s across the street from historic downtown Folsom. Shops close early but the restaurants and bars are open late. The hotel is old but it has charm. The rooms have always been clean when we stay and the house keeping staff is very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning ladies are always in a good mood and welcoming. There are other hotels a few miles away but...
