"Clean. Yes it's a sketchy area but next to chp and strict no visitor policy made it feel safer. Didn't have any attitude or trouble with checkin and checkout. One night no deposit. Only thing that sucked was that I can hear people outside my door in the morning which woke me up. The sliding door bathroom w visible slits on the side also threw me off. Ok for single person or if you don't need privacy with your guest."

"ok... ... we aren't used to roaches.... maybe to some, it wouldn't be that unusual? ...(PS...there are warnings in previous reviews)... The Good: Low Cost... plus do not pay until arrival. Flexible Schedule as can cancel right up to 6PM on arrival day; No Charge for dog... Secure & lighted outside parking.... although that almost made it feel like: why the gate?..is it that bad of neighborhood? The Bad: Like most cheaply built and old motels, there is not much sound-proofing and A/C units are...

"We enjoyed our stay with our disabled family member. The place is very nice, but the price is higher than what we usually pay. There’s no complimentary breakfast, and the buffet costs extra. Still, the overall experience and the property itself are nicer than our usual choice. Close to many stores and restaurants. I would recommend."

"We came in during a renovation, so my ratings reflect that. Had issues that we didn't have the last time we stayed. Breakfast was pretty bland but edible. Coffee machine was OK. Free cookies in the afternoon (or so). Our keys suddenly stopped working on five separate occasions for no reason (was told it'll probably get fixed after the renovation)."

"The hotel is right off a main road. Parking is very safe and well lit. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The gentleman was very accommodating and made sure I was happy with the room. The room was very clean and very quiet all night."

"I couldn’t sleep the first night loud refrigerator and a/c they put in a new refrigerator the next day that helped, tv and phone didn’t work, they fixed that. We had 2 bath towels, really! The breakfast was one of the worse I’ve come across. And don’t get the rooms in the back of the property so weird. Lots of homeless hanging around the property on every corner and at Dennys next door. We ate at Dennys and it was cold food. I cook 1 server. Whole experience was sad"

"The price was good. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly, doing the job. The room was great! Good size with a recliner and the bathroom was a good size. I had a king bed that slept well. I think there are people actually living in some of the units and many homeless in the area so the property felt questionable but there is security and they moved people off that weren't supposed to be there. It's near a ramp for the freeway but noise was not a problem. I would stay again."
