"Sketchy area. Security is required to keep hotel safe. Our entire floor reeked of weed. They gave us a room near the end of the hall where there was a door in and out of the hallway. Every time someone entered the door it would slam shut shaking the room. Makes it a little tough to sleep. "

"The area was nice but older downtown area. It was right by the river which was really nice. It was a 10 minute walk to the arena, which is why we were there. Even at 1045 when the event let out it felt safe to walk back to our hotel."

"The hotel lobby is very clean and the seating for morning Breakfast is also nice and well kept. Our room was clean and very large. Unfortunately, a light from outside shown into our bedroom and they did not have blackout curtains, but thankfully, we were tired enough that we slept through it. The bed was pretty comfortable but not a ritz Carlton bed so don’t expect THAT much :) The water never really got super hot and in my opinion, the water pressure was lacking in the shower. I did appreciate the breakfast buffet a lot! It had plenty of warm food options and I felt like it’s one of the better breakfast offerings we’ve had at hotels in a long time. The woman running the breakfast buffet was very kind especially for waking up as early as she did to have everything ready by 6 AM! Breakfast begins at 6 AM and ends at 10 AM"

"We stay here frequently when visiting Lodi to see friends and explore new places in wine country. This is a great location. It’s a relatively new hotel and still looks brand new. Very well cut. Staff is super friendly and quick check-in. Complementary breakfast is robust and the lobby has a cool vibe including people playing pool at the pool table. The gym is small but workable. They do not have a pool, but I’m not a poor person so that’s OK with me. . Great location, a short, Uber ride to tons of wineries in the downtown area with great restaurants and bars."

"Yes the room I had gotten at first was not clean. They never clean it. I called the front desk told what happen. I should have gotten a free room. They only change me to another room"

"Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was outstanding. That’s how to run the lobby, with a smile and listened to everything that was brought up. Explained everything to me thoroughly about breakfast. It was just a Grab n Go breakfast so as long as I came downstairs and showed my room key, I would get a couple of breakfasts. It was not skimpy either. Bowl of cereal, carton of milk, you fury cup, bagel and cream cheese, a muffin, an apple, and a breakfast/granola bar. Checkout was a breeze as well. "
