The establishment is very well maintained. The rooms are very clean. I just wish they had more amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I been to cheaper motels and they offer mentioned amenities. I would stay here again but next time come with my own stuff. If you’re a semi-truck driver, I think parking here would be a challenge but if you have a box truck, you can park here no problem.

The property and room were very clean. Very affordable with easy check in and very quiet comfortable and safe hotel. We will definitely be staying there again when we come back to Sacramento.

The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpul. This is a basic room. Zero frills, but for the price it is a good place to stay. Unfortunately, I did see long hairs stuck to the shower walls and some light blood splatter near the bathroom door jam. Kinda gross. But, I stayed just one night and the hotel did its job. It is a gated area so I felt pretty safe.

Very basic room (microwave and refrigerator provided but no coffee maker), but it was one of the cheapest rates in the area. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't very nice, but the property is gated so I felt safe staying at The Greens Hotel. I would stay there again.

My room was nice, everything was very clean. Parking was easy and secure, you just need to call the front desk to be buzzed in and there’s always someone there. I would stay here again

I liked that it was gated, felt very same there. Rooms were clean, plenty of parking, friendly staff. Only complaint is that the water pressure in the sink is way too high and the water splashes everywhere. Apart from that, its a great hotel for the price.

Some of the friendliest hotel staff I've seen,v and the place was excellent except for one thing. When we went into the bathroom for the first time in our room there was a slight smell of sewage. We turned on the bathroom.exhaust fan and ran the shower flushed the toilet and closed the door. We went out for lunch and by the time we came back it was fine. The staff of the hotel were some of the friendliest I've ever seen at a hotel. I'd go back there in a heartbeat.

Overall for the price the Hotel was a good hotel. They have decent good size rooms, looks like they are working on upgrading each room. Still work in progress. The front looks like they are closed due to the MASSIVE gate system they have up. I had to drive by it 2 times then I finally noticed that is the Hotel I booked. Outside, poor condition due to the Gate coming in, inside good condition, clean and nice inside. That night around Midnight, a car was blowing their horn for awhile waiting for someone to open that gate, that woke me up for awhile. The room still needs work, i.e. Air Conditioner, I had to use a chair to turn on and set up it up. No reachable controls.
