"Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The room and rest of the hotel was so nice and clean. A really nice touch was getting water bottles when we checked in and being able to fill them up in the 24-hour convenience room. Awesome! And the location was perfect for getting anywhere quickly."

"A beautiful art deco gem in the perfect location for me in Chelsea. Although my room didn’t have a view it was wonderfully quiet and the bed/pillows were without the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel in my life. Staff were generally very helpful. Will definitely stay here again when next in NYC."

"We chose this hotel over options closer to Times Square specifically because it advertised a pool for our kids. Unfortunately, at check-in we were informed that children are not allowed to use the pool after 12 PM. Had we known this in advance, we would have booked elsewhere, as the pool was one of the main reasons we selected this property. To make matters worse, we paid extra for a “River View” room.
