I feel you kind of expect great amenities when booking this hotel but it’s over the top when you get there. But the best part is the staff, everyone is very friendly and kind. Best hotel that I’ve stayed at that I paid myself and not through family, company, work and etc

Always an excellent stay, I slept well. The rooms are very quiet. Food is excellent (though in room dining portions were small). The gym is terrific. Good location for my work related meetings. While pricey, it’s a very comfortable place to stay

The hotel was clean, modern and chic. The staff was also very accommodating. My check in was at 3PM, and they were transparent about a delay due to previous guests not checking out in time, so they offered my fiancé and I a complimentary credit at their restaurant while we waited. Food was good, but the brunch menu was more satisfying. Our room was very spacious and the quality was all around a 10/10. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is due to the delay, as well as the need to take multiple elevators.

The room was well designed, very clean and comfortable. The view of the river from the 34th floor is quite spectacular, especially in the evening light. It is convenient for the subway.

This was my second time visiting New York. The first time I absolutely hated it and did not understand why anyone would come to this city. However, after staying at the Equinox, my whole view changed. I had such a better trip overall. The hotel is located in a quiet, clean, new part of town and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Rooms are tastefully designed, the bar had amazing drinks, and the experience was top notch. I cannot stress how much accomodations play a role in your overall experience when traveling. I DEFINITELY recommend spending the extra money (this hotel is not cheap!) coming here if you're in NY.

Beautiful Hotel and Great Place to Stay

The staff was amazing. The pool area was a lot of fun and the rooms were very nice. Also a great neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants and areas for morning walks.
