"My husband and I have been staying here for over 25 years and it’s one of our favourite hotels in the city which is why we keep coming. The buffet breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had. Loved the message from the hotel telling us that our room was ready early and we could check in and the online check out is so quick and easy. "

"From the moment we stepped in we were greeted politely and the reception staff were just lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable and the complementary water, juice and soft drinks was a nice touch. Centrally located with an easy walk to The Rocks area, CBD shopping or Darling Harbour. "This hotel was warm and inviting. The room was large and comfortable. The only complaint I would have was the noise level. My room was the first on the 2nd floor landing and the restroom for the pub customers was on the landing below mine. The door going into the restroom needs oiling! It was squeaky and I could hear the hand dryer everytime someone used it. The noise from outside was bad as well and the street seemed to be a major drag strip. It is a lovely old hotel."
