The front door man overheard I may have had a medical emergency during my stay and took a moment to personally relay to me information regarding the doctor who is on call for the hotel, and also relayed the message to the general manager, who reached out and offered assistance and personal contact info. "Pool was very good, room quite large 34sqm, bed comfy, comprehensive mini bar if required, we had a view over Wynyard Park. Service in first floor bar was variable however grazing plate with wine was very nice. Reception and door staff were excellent. Location to Circular Quay, buses and trains was fantastic. Would we come back, definitely"

"We chose to stay here as we didn’t want to be in a high rise hotel and chose a room with a harbour view terrace so we could sit out after a day out. The room was a lovely size and the bed was so amazingly comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely fantastic, within walking distance of all major attractions, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo with lots of lovely places to eat and drink. "
