"Not pet friendly. But pets are allowed. After several employees of the hotel warned me that “my dog was not allowed to leave the room during our stay”, I went to the reception to clarify. "The property is new and in the middle of nowhere. The room smelled like mildew and it has a dangerous path to cross the major street to get to the restaurant and grocery store. The king bed was on the floor. Construction was everywhere and it appeared to be unsafe for the guests. The workers were sleeping in the undeveloped building next to the hotel. Several times we could see them looking into the guest rooms."

"Flora was very clean, well maintained & most of the staff was extremely pleasant whether they were getting tipped or not. The beach was beautiful & we really didn’t have much trouble finding seats/towels no matter what time we arrived - beach or pool.
