I enjoyed the fact that I had twenty-four hours eateries available to me. Also, that no matter which area of the property I was on, service was available to me. Thanks for being a great hostess. Leo, Arlett, Yiraldine, and Laura were amazing hostesses. Of course there were others, however, I do not know their names. 5Stars."

"The property was amazing.The food was good. They had different choices. The staff were very friendly. We had a butler his name was Zorro. He was amazing! He was very friendly. He always responded quickly. Zorro made everything I requested happen. He went over and beyond. If you are staying at Dreams Onyx please request for Zorro you won’t be disappointed. "

"This resort was beautiful. But the rooms needed serious upgrades. Very outdated. We chose the adult only side because I’m a teacher and this was my end of summer trip and I didn’t want to be around children lol. However, the family side was MUCH better. It was nothing to do on the adults only side. But a short train ride or golf cart will take you over to the family side. I would definitely return, I would just stay on the family side next time. "

"I recently took a trip with my family and had a great experience overall. As soon as we checked in as a premium level guests, we Felt so good right away.definitely booking a premium level room is worth it. Special Thanks to Jesus, jesus was our host. He was very helpful and amazing. From making reservations to the restaurants and helping with every small detail. The resort itself is huge, with lots of pools and an amazing water park that's perfect for kids. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the beach. A lot of seaweeds and Bad smells. But aside from that, we had a fantastic time and made lots of great memories "
