"The room was clean and comfortable. The carpeting in both the hallways and the room was worn. There was only one hot tub working and it was crowded so we weren’t able to use it."

"If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to crash and aren’t easily "grossed out" by cleanliness lapses, this motel serves its purpose. However, those seeking luxury or high-end security should definitely look elsewhere. High-Tech Check-In The lobby was empty of physical staff, replaced by a video kiosk. This all-in-one machine handled everything: ID verification, digital signatures, payments, and key dispensing. While incredibly efficient and the remote representative was great, the experience lacked a personal touch. Security & Layout The property layout is confusing. I used a key to access a "secured" stairwell, only to find the upstairs hallway propped open with a trashcan. Additionally, a secondary stairwell nearby allows anyone to walk up from the street. If you are a solo traveler who prefers restricted building access, this may not be the place for you. Room Condition The room was dimly lit and appeared clean at first glance, but a closer look revealed food crumbs by the coffee station, sticky surfaces on the furniture, and hair on the bathroom floor. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and well-made. Note that the property is currently under construction, so the pool is unavailable. Bottom Line: Great for a cheap, functional night’s sleep if you carry your own cleaning wipes, but skip it if you want a more secure or "hospitality-focused" environment."

"The room had a sink counter that protruded too much and posed a safety risk, especially when using the restroom at night. The air conditioning did not work properly one night. In addition, the room was not clean—there was a moth in the bathroom and a vodka bottle beside the bed when we first entered. Due to these issues, I will not be booking a stay here again."

"The hotel staff were extremely rude and unhelpful i had to make a report with the department of justice because they illegally charged me a pet fee for mine and my wife's service animals when I informed them it was not legal to do so the guy changed his wording and said it was just a regular deposit though I ha proof that I was charged two separate deposits. One for 50b then another for 150 after I disclosed that I had service animals"

"This is a fantastic hotel and highly recommend! We stayed here because we had a vollyeball tournament at the Reno convention center. The location is absolutely ideal and only a 10 minute walk to the convention center. The hotel rooms are light, bright and very comfortable and modern. The hotel restaurant and amenties are excellent as well. We will definitely be back and will always choose this hotel."

"Breakfast is still awesome. Place is great location and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. 3 stars because no one alerted me to a new parking fee. Really disappointing to see this. "
