"This was good value considering the room rate. The room was quiet from street noise and clean. A good selection of restaurants within two or three blocks. My only concern which I expressed to the manager at checkout, was that the weatherstripping beneath the door needed to be adjusted to reduce the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door."

"The only thing that this place has going for it, is thats its close to San Pedro fish market."

"The property was beautiful and everything was great in terms of view and staff and room and accommodations. Unfortunately, we ate at two different restaurants and both were really horrible. Nelson’s was better than Bashi, but Bashi was really bad . The service was great so they helped throw it through, but I would not eat there again. I did love their Coffee Shop sea beans, great pastries, and drinks. I went there twice."

"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"We enjoyed the nostalgia & gorgeous views. The staff was helpful & friendly. The rooms were clean, but do need some TLC touches; our room was huge & only had the bed, one night stand, & a little round table with two chairs. The empty space could accommodate a couch, coffee table & two chairs. We are glad we stayed & experienced the historical Queen Mary."

"I stayed at the hotel for a business trip, my room was great and very comfortable. My only complaint is I reserved a room with ocean view and instead I I had the view of a huge construction going on next to the hotel. Same construction that did not allow me to sleep as the workers will start working at 6:00 in the morning. You can hear the loud machines and the noise of the construction, I wish the hotel or Expedia will mention this when you are making your reservation."
