"This was my first time staying at Les Jardins du Marais. The staff was caring and helpful with outstanding service. My room was upgraded to an executive suite was spacious and quiet. "Really nice room, but two problems. First, the window (right by our 9-year-old's bed) could open fully and the railing did not go high enough to prevent someone falling out, with a five floor drop below. The hotel fixed this by locking the window shut. Secondly, our requests for extra drinking glasses did not come to anything, and the number of glasses dwindled to one during our stay. Otherwise great. "

"It was greats. They were doing renovations so the elevator was closed but they brought our bags to our room for us. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are small but we expected that in France. You could easily hear other doors open and close but luckily no one came in late (also wore earplugs too which helped). Location is excellent. Close to metro and not far from Eiffel Tower."
