"The front desk/cafe staff were the nicest and most helpful of any hotel I’ve been to! The woman working there in the morning gave a list of her favorite spots in the city and lots of local history and lore when I asked her for suggestions. The man who took my call to make reservation changes couldn’t have been easier to talk to and was so accommodating.
The king room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the water in the room and in the cafe/lobby. Great garden patio to relax...

"The hotel is right next to the streetcar line which is very convenient. The rooms are nice and homey with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds! The breakfast items are limited, but it was nice sitting outside on the patio with our coffee and muffins watching the streetcars go by.
I'd definitely stay there again when visiting NOLA!"

"The front desk was very professional and courteous! We enjoyed the music as well!

"Huge wow factor when you come in. It’s a recently converted 130 year old school with high ceilings and beautiful rooms. Fully outfitted to cook your own meals. A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more."

"So clean and spacious in a loft setting. There is a whole kitchen set up in the living room that separates the master and the living room with the bathroom in between. A great NOLA experience that is super walkable. Coffee shop also downstairs to get the morning started. Easy in and out with access codes."

"The property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. "GREAT location. We felt very safe. There is a street car stop right on the corner. The hotel is within walking distance of French Quarter. Dining options are also within walking distance. Our room was nice and our beds were confortable.We loved the pool and enjoyed the breakfast and the evening kickbak daily -- There was always a nice selection of food.and beverages. The hotel staff was very friendly and most accomadating. We would most definately reccommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful, we met to the CEO. He lead by example, there was an issue with my card, he assured me that we could take care of it the next day. The bank was closed and he said I trust you, he knew we had been on the road for about 7 hours, tired. He told us to go and enjoy dinner and we would take of of pàying for our stay. I will stay there again."
