"Did not use the gym. We bought coffee at the shop downstairs because the breakfast lines were much too long at the times we wanted to go. Beds were comfy, noise level was good. Shower was hot but does have to run for a long time to get hot as opposed to warm-hot. We used a plastic tablecloth and wall putty to cover the shower wall as the shadow show would have been an issue for us. Great location! Excellent, helpful, pleasant staff. Plenty of closet space. Wish there was a microwave in the room....

"A quiet, comfortable oasis less than a block from Times Square! Hardly any street noise. Tastefully decorated room with an enormous bathroom (a surprise upgrade when we checked in!). We appreciated the beautiful lounge "Rick's Cafe" with a fireplace and comfortable seating where we enjoyed complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks 24-hours/day and a generous continental breakfast with attentive servers each morning. "I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"
