"Zero complaints! Great place for a quick stay! The staff was very friendly and professional. Property is clean. Despite the size of the room it was very comfortable and quiet! I honestly can’t say I’ve stayed anywhere where I didn’t hear something, but it is very quiet here. Location is walkable to literally anywhere. I would definitely stay again."

"There is a $30/night Resort Fee, for which you get a mediocre continental breakfast, wine in the lobby at 5 pm, and wifi. Someday these fees will be illegal, I hope. The soaps were from L'Occitane and smelled great. The staff was very nice. There are bathrobes in the closet and a safe. The sink drained too slowly and the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. Also, they should put nightlights in the bathrooms. The location was perfect for our purposes, short walking distance to MoMA and...

"A very charming and enjoyable hotel for our stay in New York. It's literally right off of Time's Square, which also means right on Broadway, the reason for our stay. It was in walking distance of all of the theatres and even other locations like the Museum of Modern Art. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all hours, no matter how early or late. I intend to stay here again on my next visit."

"Rooms are smaller than you might think judging by pictures (story as old as time) but everything was nice and clean. $20 credit to the rock shop was nice but they only had a few sizes left in almost all of their branded t shirts so I wasn’t able to get one."

"The property was in a great location, close to amenities, restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly and great to work with. The hotel was clean and compared to other hotels I have stayed at in NY, the bedrooms were larger and more spacious, which was nice."

"We booked and paid extra for a room with a view but there wasn’t much to see from the floor we were on and the side we faced. Also beware they hold $300 deposit for incidentals and such when you check in, this was never refunded after calling the hotel and waiting 10 business day, had to dispute with credit card. In addition, grout in bathroom floor was filthy and stained, not properly cleaned or maintained. Finally skip the breakfast, food was decent but folks working there are unfriendly."
